New Muscle Conditioning Class
Club Julian is excited to introduce a new six-session series focused on Muscle Conditioning and Strength Training with Trainer Jordan. Sunday POUND Class Added
Get moving on Sundays with a new POUND class featuring Angie, starting November 13 at 8:15am. This full-body, cardio jam session, combines light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series that can burn up to 900 calories per hour! August 16 - PiYo LIVE! Moves To 7pm
Deawna Alfonsi's popular PiYo LIVE! class is moving to an earlier time slot on our Tuesday group fitness class lineup and will now start at 7pm beginning August 16! PiYo is the ultimate combination of muscle sculpting elements of Pilates mixed with the balance and flexibility of yoga, and is sure to leave you feeling great!
Using nothing except a mat and your body, this class focuses on strength, cardio, form and stability. The concepts mesh exceptionally well, as the transition from a yoga “downward dog” pose flows right into a Pilates set of lunges.
