SuperJen P. 'Flips The Script' To Lose 70 lbs.
One day, Club Julian member Jen P. realized that her sedentary desk job and the daily routine of life were slowly taking a toll on her health. "When I got into my 30s, I started putting on weight like never before," she recalled.
She decided that being too busy to exercise was no longer an acceptable excuse if she was going to make the lifestyle change for better health.
